What is a Corporate Day?

A Corporate Day at the Toowoomba Clay Target Club is the perfect way to bring your team or clients together for a unique and memorable experience.

Your day begins with sign-in, proof of ID, and completion of required forms. After a short safety briefing and basic gun-handling instruction, participants take to the range under the guidance of experienced club members.

Groups are split into squads to ensure plenty of time for everyone to shoot. Each participant enjoys 25 targets, with a friendly shoot-off to determine the day’s winner if scores are tied. Bragging rights are guaranteed!

The licensed bar is open for soft drinks, snacks, and confectionery during the day, with full bar service available once all shooting has finished. Kitchen and barbecue facilities are also available for self-catering if you’d like to include a meal as part of your event.

Costs

  • $925 (incl. GST) for up to 10 shooters

  • $90 per additional shooter

Each package includes:

  • 25 clay targets and 25 shotgun shells per person

  • Shotgun hire and ear protection

  • Basic coaching from our friendly club members

A minimum charge applies to cover volunteer mobilisation.

Important Information

  • Dress code: Enclosed footwear is mandatory. Hats are recommended. 

  • Eye & ear protection: Ear protection is supplied. Participants must bring their own glasses (sunglasses or prescription).

  • ID requirements:

    • Licensed shooters must present a current firearms licence with photo ID.

    • Unlicensed shooters must complete Form 33A and provide current photo ID (digital ID is not accepted).

    • Please ensure all unlicensed shooters have reviewed the conditions of the Form 33A above to avoid disappointment on the day.

  • Timing:

    • Groups of 10: allow 1.5–2 hours.

    • Groups of 20–25: allow 2.5–3 hours.

    • Standard cap: 35 participants (larger groups possible with advance notice).

  • Days available: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday (no Sunday bookings).

  • Start times:

    • Spring/Summer: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm

    • Autumn/Winter: 10:30 am – 2:30 pm

Payment

  • Private events: Payment required 7 days prior.

  • Company events: 7-day account available (non-refundable $200 booking fee may apply).

  • Payments accepted via EFT or Visa/MasterCard.

  • If wet weather prevents shooting, you may reschedule or receive a full refund (if prepaid).
